To ensure transparency and clarity in our partnership, we have outlined our cancellation policies for each of our services:

Website Maintenance:

  • For month-to-month clients: A minimum of 30 days notice is required for cancellation.
  • For term contract clients: 30 days notice is mandatory. If less than 50% of the contract period has transpired, a cancellation fee of the remaining balance up to 50% of the total term contract, plus an additional 5%, will be applied. If more than 50% of the contract period has elapsed, an early cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining balance will be incurred.

Domain Renewal:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted 60 days prior to the domain renewal date.

Website Hosting

  • Monthly Plans: A 30-day notice is required. Monthly invoices remain payable if the cancellation day falls within the month, with no refunds or credits issued.
  • Annual Plans: 30 days notice is mandatory. No refunds or credits will be provided. Site backup will be facilitated, and the website will be inaccessible via LevelUp servers from 12:01 am on the cancellation day.
  • Website Migration: LevelUp can facilitate the migration of your website to another hosting provider for a fee not less than $80.

Monthly Service Retainers

  • A minimum of 30 days notice is required for cancellation.

Kindly note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The cancellation period commences from the date of receipt of the written request by LevelUp Marketing Solutions Inc. Failure to adhere to the stipulated notice periods may result in additional charges in accordance with the outlined cancellation policy.
